Workout at a theme park? To kick off my goal of losing some of the 20+ pounds I have gained over the past year, I decided to put together a work out routine you can do while visiting your favorite theme park. My goal is to get back down to my suggested weight of 185 by opening day of Knott's Scary Farm in mid-September. Currently, I'm at 204. I found a way to do a dozen simple exercises while walking around Knott's Berry Farm on July 10. Put your headbands on. Grab a bottle of water... and let's do this!
