South Coast Botanic Garden’s SOAR invites you to immerse yourself in the life of a tropical butterfly.

Your journey begins as you step into the Host and Nectar Garden for an up-close view of the butterfly habitat and the emergence of new species. Follow a guided tour as you interact with new tropical butterflies and view unique aspects of their lives. Build photo worthy experiences with these fluttering beauties of nature. SOAR April 1 – July 31, 2022.

Please note that Members and non-members alike must purchase a timed-ticket in advance. The time you purchase your ticket into the Garden, is your time to also enter the butterfly pavilion for SOAR. After your visit to SOAR, you can explore the Garden’s additional collections at your leisure. You may also arrive 30 minutes before your timed entrance to explore the outside areas of SOAR before entering the pavilion.
