Welcome to the Los Angeles Zoo’s Zoo Lights: Animals Aglow! L.A.’s brightest winter tradition has been reimagined for the 2022/2023 season! Explore an immersive landscape filled with spectacular lantern sculptures of animals among blooming flowers, towering trees, and more for, a wildlife-centered experience that’s as inspiring as it is breathtaking. Nature is something we all share, and this celebration of nature’s wonders is meant for all to enjoy!

SENSORY-INCLUSIVE ZOO LIGHTS
November 30 -One night only, special experience - All ages
An L.A. Zoo Lights: Animals Aglow experience designed for guests that thrive in a sensory-supportive environment. During this special evening, you can expect the same great L.A. Zoo Lights with some modifications to make it more inclusive.
-This one-night-only special event includes:
-Smaller crowds due to limited tickets available for the evening
-Quieter music volume throughout the experience
-Available sensory bags for checkout with noise-canceling headphones (provided by Puro Sound Labs), fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads (supplies limited, first, come, first served)
-Opportunity to exit and reenter the Zoo
-An online Social Story (coming soon) that provides a preview of what to expect while enjoying L.A. Zoo Lights: Animals Aglow

PRIDE NIGHT AT ZOO LIGHTS
January 4 - All ages
Pride Night is presented in partnership with Christopher Street West Association (CSW) and LA Pride. CSW is run by an all-volunteer board that organizes, sponsors or supports LGBTQ+ community events throughout the year, and works with nonprofit, philanthropic, and community partners to further diversity, equity, and inclusion. CSW is an integral part of LGBTQ+ history in California, and has a permanent collection of archival media at ONE Archive, the National Gay and Lesbian Archives at the University of Southern California Libraries.
