The Knott's Berry Farm amusement park started as an actual berry farm. Walter and Cordelia Knott moved started their farm from humble beginnings in 1920. While Cordelia served chicken dinners to make ends meet, Walter was busy building a Ghost Town to keep hungry guests occupied while waiting for a table. The small enterprise grew into what it is today over the years and is the birthplace of the Boysenberry.

Management had a huge centennial event planned for 2020, but those plans were obviously put on hold. After more 24 months of full park closure... the fun is back!

On May 20, 2021, Knott's held a preview of their summer and anniversary plans. Come along with theFUNnelCakeBlog as we got a sneak peak of what's to come and we're treated to a special kick-off anniversary ceremony!

WAIT... Is that Marilyn and Cecelia at 2:22? Comment below...
