Amber Waves at the Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel is one of our favorite places to eat. While the restaurant has been opened with a limited breakfast-only menu, with all meals packed to-go, they have not had dine-in service with lunch and dinner since the closure in 2020.

On Wednesday, May 19, 2021 Amber Waves held a soft opening with full dine-in and bar service. We were one of the first guests and enjoyed our favorite meals and delicious desserts. The staff and management at Amber Waves are like family, and it felt good to be back. The weather was beautiful, so we dined outside on the patio, although inside dining is permitted.
