theFUNnelCakeBlog was started in 2014 by Randy, an official theme park fantaic! While not at work as a Marketing Director for an electronics company, you can find him hanging at his favorite parks; Knott's and Universal.

In addition to founding theFUNnelCakeBlog, Randy has been writing about movies, entertainment and the arts since 2005 for various print and online publications. Find his movie reviews and a monthly theme park blog entry in the Entertainer Magazine - Arizona's Premiere Entertainment Publication.

Nick, Eugene and Jen help supply photos when they are at the parks. You can find Jen at her happy place; The Ghost Town Grill enjoying a pecan crusted salad with boysenberries, while Eugene "Geno" is a Knott's associate and favorite guest. Everyone knows Eugene... even at Disneyland! Give him some waffle fry nachos (no green onions, please)! And Nick... well, he just comes along for the ride!
